To the wonderful clinic and staff at NDBC,

Words cannot begin to say how happy I am with the service and care I received from your clinic. I have dealt with vertigo for a year before I met up with the right doctor that sent me to your clinic. Finally, after a year of being sent here and there and having this test and that test done with no conclusion as to treat me and make me feel better, along came the staff of NDBC. I have never gone to a clinic where the staff is so friendly, helpful and nice. From the minute I walked in the door, Christine (receptionist) has always had a smile on her face to greet me with and is ready to help. I enjoyed meeting Heather and working with Dr. Richardson, what can I say? She was so wonderful in her consultations and follow-up appointments. Dr. Richardson really takes the time to understand how you're feeling and find a way to make it better. Stephanie (physical therapist) and Becky (physical therapist), I had so much fun with them in therapy. They both know how to make something that had it's difficult and uncomfortable moments easier. I shared a lot of laughs with them in my therapy sessions and really enjoyed getting to know both of them. Kari (patient billing) has done a wonderful job with some of the billing issues that had resulted from some of my visits. I know that when I call her she knows who I am, that I have had some issues with the billing on the insurance side and she's right on top of getting the claims resent and processed correctly. I do appreciate everyone's help at NDBC. I'm feeling so much better and so happy that finally after a year I was able to meet such a great staff to help me get back to myself again. Thank you so much! You should all be so proud of the wonderful jobs you do! Keep up the good work! I'm going to miss seeing all of you!
