Medical treatment

At NDBC we are focused on accurately diagnosing a patients underlying condition utilizing our comprehensive evaluation. After a diagnosis has been achieved, we then develop an individualized rehabilitation program to treat the source of their problem. Our clinical goal is to get patients off Meclizine and other anti-nausea medications and offer them a permanent solution to their problem.

These types of medications only suppress the dizziness in your body and do nothing to help fix the problem. In most cases, medication can be avoided as a treatment option, but in some cases medication is necessary for a patient to become stable. If medication is needed, the patient is referred back to their primary care or ENT doctor for the prescription of medication. Primary care or ENT doctor's are more knowledgeable about medications then is NDBC, so we rely on their support for proper prescriptions.
