We have established various treatment protocols for the patients seen here at NDBC. We established these treatment protocols for our referring physicians and our providers to clarify the services we offer, and to offer continuity of care for our patients. By utilizing distinct treatment protocols, this gives our referring physicians various treatment options for their patients and also allows them to direct the patient case management.

We offer these treatment/case management protocols: Comprehensive, Diagnostic Testing Only, Rehabilitation Only - which could include vestibular rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, or treatment for BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo). When one specific treatment protocol is ordered for a patient, we will perform only what is asked by the referring physician. If we believe any further work-up is needed for the patient, we will notify the referring physician by fax/mail or a telephone call as to what treatment plan we recommend for the patient.
