Our receptionist is available to schedule your appointment Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Normal clinic hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday.

Types of appointments at NDBC
We have several different types of appointments here at NDBC, if you know what kind of appointment you need, please indicate to the receptionist what you are scheduling for.

• Initial medical evaluation - 60 min appointment 
• Diagnostic testing - 2 hour appointment 
• Physical Therapy Evaluation - 60 minute appointment
• Physical Therapy sessions - 45 to 60 minute appointments
• Medical Re-evaluations - 30 minute appointment
  

We are usually on schedule, however, due to the nature of our practice, we could be behind schedule. If we are seriously delayed, we will attempt to notify you before your appointment. To make scheduling and insurance billing as efficient as possible, please bring your insurance card(s) with you.
